Cookie policy
We use cookies and similar browser storage to remember your preferences and provide Finbar's services. Basic traffic statistics are on by default. Detailed analytics and session replay are off until you allow them.
Your choices
Choose Accept all, Reject non-essential, or select individual features in Cookie settings. Reject non-essential also turns off basic traffic statistics. You can change your preferences at any time using the link in the footer. Your choices apply to this website and browser. The embedded enquiry form has separate cookie controls provided by Fillout.
What we use
| Feature | Purpose and information collected | Storage and duration |
|---|---|---|
| Essential cookies | Remember your cookie preferences. | finbar_cookie_consent; 182 days. |
| Basic traffic statistics (Amplitude) | Count homepage visits by page address, source and country to improve the website. Page addresses exclude query strings and fragments. AWS estimates country from your IP address; Amplitude also receives connection information. | No analytics cookies or identifiers that recognise you across visits. Turn off in Cookie settings. |
| Website analytics and session replay (Amplitude) | Measure visits and record page content and interactions to improve the site. Includes page addresses, referring websites, browser identifiers and device information. Form inputs are masked in recordings by default. | AMP_* cookies last up to 365 days and may be renewed. Other browser storage can remain until cleared. |
| Enquiry form (Fillout) | Display our contact form. Fillout receives browser information and anything you submit, and may use its own cookies. | Loads independently of Finbar’s cookie settings; use the form’s own cookie controls. See Fillout's privacy policy. |
You can allow website analytics separately from basic traffic statistics. You can also contact us by email at inquiries@finbar.com.
Changing your preferences
Turning off website statistics or analytics stops further collection for that feature. Finbar’s settings do not remove the embedded form or change its cookie choices. It does not delete information already sent or automatically clear existing browser storage. You can delete cookies and other site data through your browser settings.
Storage in the Finbar app
The app uses separate storage to keep you signed in and save your work and preferences. Sign-in storage follows your session's lifetime; saved work and preferences remain until removed or cleared. Clearing app storage may sign you out or remove locally saved work.
