Business segments
Banner Corp reports one operating and reportable segment: community banking, conducted through Banner Bank. Its activities include gathering deposits and lending to individuals, businesses, and public-sector customers; commercial business and real-estate lending; agricultural, construction and land-development, residential, multifamily, SBA, and consumer loans; and mortgage banking through originating and selling one- to four-family residential loans.[25]
Because the company reports a single segment, it accounts for 100% of reportable operating-segment activity; Banner does not disclose separate segment revenue or profit allocations. For context, consolidated FY2025 net interest income was $587.9 million and net income was $195.4 million, not separately reported segment results.[26] The Q2 2026 filing confirms the single-segment classification remained in place.[23][27] [25][26][23][27]
