Overview

De’Longhi Group operates in the small domestic-appliance and professional coffee-equipment sectors. Coffee machines are central to its business, alongside cooking, air-conditioning and home-care products. Its portfolio includes the De’Longhi, Kenwood, Braun, Ariete and NutriBullet household brands, as well as La Marzocco and Eversys in professional coffee equipment.[1] The Group’s stated vision is “Worldwide, Every day, By your side,” with an emphasis on creating objects and experiences for people to live and share.[2]

For the year ended 31 December 2025, the Group reported revenue of €3,801.5 million and 10,304 employees.[3][4] It describes its operations as spanning five continents, with more than 50 sales branches; its products are sold in over 120 markets.[1][5] [1]

Products & services

De’Longhi Group’s consumer-appliance portfolio includes De’Longhi coffee machines and home-comfort products; Kenwood food-preparation and baking appliances; Braun food-preparation and ironing products; and NutriBullet blenders and nutrition products. It also has a professional coffee-machine business, including La Marzocco and Eversys.[6]

Examples illustrate the range’s specific capabilities: the De’Longhi Rivelia EXAM440.55.B automatic coffee maker has interchangeable bean hoppers, Bean Adapt, LatteCrema milk texturing, a 3.5-inch colour display, 16 one-touch drinks and two 250 g hoppers.[7] Kenwood’s Titanium Chef Baker stand mixer has integrated EasyWeigh scales; its XL version can use nested 7 L and 5 L bowls.[8] Braun’s MultiQuick 9 MQ 9097X hand blender features a 1,000 W motor, ActiveBlade, SmartSpeed and SplashControl.[9] NutriBullet Ultra is a personal blender with a 1,200 W motor and titanium-coated Rapid Extractor Blade.[10]

Services and product-life initiatives include customer care, a service-centre locator, and refurbishment of automatic and manual coffee machines and kitchen mixers. The Group describes design efforts around durability and ease of disassembly to support repairability, recycling and materials reuse; it also set a target to pilot systematic maintenance and repair for fully automatic coffee machines in an EU country by 2026.[11] In FY2025, household division revenue was €3,319 million and professional division revenue €488 million, against Group revenue of €3,801 million. These are divisional figures, not a breakdown of revenue by individual product category.[15] [6]

Geographic presence

In FY2025, DE LONGHI reported revenue of €2,349.2 million from Europe (61.8% of total), €687.0 million from the Americas (18.1%), €539.4 million from Asia Pacific (14.2%), and €225.8 million from MEIA (5.9%). The company reports sales by region rather than by country; it identifies Greater China and Australia/New Zealand among the markets within Asia Pacific.[22][23]

The company’s manufacturing footprint includes six Household plants in Italy (one), Romania (three) and China (two), and three Professional plants in Italy (two) and Switzerland (one). Named production locations include Mignagola in Italy, Dongguan in China, and Cluj and Salonta in Romania. It also reports more than 50 direct commercial branches worldwide, alongside distributor coverage in numerous markets.[24]

At FY2025 year-end, the company reported 10,304 employees: 7,018 in Europe, 3,222 in the combined America & Asia category, and 64 in MEIA. These counts correspond to approximately 68.1%, 31.3% and 0.6% of the workforce, respectively; the company does not split the America & Asia employee figure further in this regional breakdown.[28] [22]

Business segments

De’Longhi reports two business divisions: Household and Professional. In FY2025, Household revenue was €3,318.6 million, approximately 87% of consolidated revenue of €3,801.5 million. Its reported product areas include coffee machines, Nutribullet products, and Braun ironing systems. Coffee is a product/business line rather than a separate division, and represented about 56% of Group revenue.[29]

The Professional division generated €488.2 million in FY2025, approximately 13% of consolidated revenue. Its focus includes professional coffee and espresso machines, including products from La Marzocco and Eversys. The approximate shares use consolidated Group revenue as the denominator; reported division revenues together slightly exceed that total.[34] [29]

Company history

De’Longhi’s origins date to a family workshop in Treviso in 1902; the De’Longhi brand was established in 1974 with electric radiators. The company expanded into portable air conditioning with Pinguino in 1986 and coffee machines from 1993, later introducing its Magnifica super-automatic machine in 2003 and Lattissima in 2007.[38]

In 2001, De’Longhi began trading on the Milan Stock Exchange and Kenwood joined the Group. In 2012, it agreed to a perpetual license for the Braun brand in specified small-appliance categories, with operating control beginning in 2013.[38]

De’Longhi acquired a 40% stake in professional coffee-equipment maker Eversys in 2017 and took full control in 2021. It completed the acquisition of Capital Brands, owner of the Nutribullet and Magic Bullet brands, in 2020; a business combination involving Eversys and La Marzocco closed in February 2024. In March 2026, Eversys acquired its Dutch distributor, Coffee Capital.[41] [45]
