The FY2026 filing identifies GB200 and GB300 systems and describes Arm AGI CPU platforms including a dual-socket 2U air-cooled compute server, a 5U GPU-optimized server, and a liquid-cooled multi-node system. Its DLC-2 direct-to-chip cooling products include cold plates, Cooling Distribution Units and manifolds, rear-door heat exchangers, liquid-to-air sidecars, cooling towers and proprietary coolant.[8] Supermicro’s product pages describe the GB200 NVL72 and GB300 NVL72 as liquid-cooled racks with 72 GPUs and 36 Grace CPUs.[12][13]

The company also sells modular server boards, chassis, power supplies and accessories for platforms ranging from entry-level single- and dual-processor systems to high-end multiprocessor systems. Services and software net sales were $538.3 million in FY2026. Server and storage systems net sales increased $17.0911 billion, or 77.8%, year over year; billing for Hyper Servers, GPU & Super Racks increased $15.2615 billion, or 83.4%. Business segments

Super Micro Computer reports one operating segment, covering the consolidated business of developing and providing high-performance server solutions based on a modular, open-standard architecture. It does not report separate operating segments by product or end market; accordingly, the single segment represents approximately 100% of company revenue.[23]

The segment includes server and storage systems and related services, subsystems, and accessories. Its offerings include complete systems as well as server boards, chassis, power supplies, software, and networking components; the company also describes integrated data-center solutions spanning components and subsystems through rack-scale systems, infrastructure, software, and professional services.[24] [23]

Company history

Founded in California in September 1993 by Charles Liang, Super Micro Computer also identifies Sara Liu and Shyan (Wally) Liaw as co-founders. Liang has served as president, CEO and chairman since the company’s inception.[25] In 2007, the company reincorporated in Delaware and completed its IPO; that year it also introduced its SuperBlade product line and Twin systems.[28]

In 2019, Super Micro announced a major Taiwan campus project, including a planned 800,000-square-foot facility for production and research and development.[32] In 2023, it launched liquid-cooled server systems based on NVIDIA HGX H100 platforms and announced expanded rack-scale manufacturing across the United States, Taiwan, the Netherlands and Malaysia.[33][34] [25]
