Geographic presence

Zoom reports revenue by customer billing address across three regions. In FY2026 (year ended January 31, 2026), revenue was $3.508 billion in the Americas (72.1% of total), $769.9 million in EMEA (15.8%), and $590.7 million in APAC (12.1%). The corresponding regional shares were 71.8%, 16.0% and 12.2% in FY2025, and 71.3%, 16.1% and 12.6% in FY2024. The reported figures are regional, not country-level; APAC and EMEA together represented 27.9% of FY2026 revenue.[3][21]

Zoom is headquartered in San Jose, California, and maintains offices in the United States and internationally, including in APAC and EMEA. It uses co-located data centers worldwide and cloud providers for some services; its published data-center locations include sites in North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and South America.[22] A company statement reported 7,438 full-time employees globally as of FY2026, without a regional breakdown.[27][28] [3]

Business segments

Zoom Video Communications reports one operating and reportable segment; its chief operating decision maker reviews the business on a consolidated basis.[20] The company also classifies revenue between Enterprise and Online customers, but these are customer categories rather than separately reported operating segments. Enterprise customers are businesses served through direct sales, resellers, or strategic partners. Online customers subscribe directly through Zoom’s website and include consumers, solopreneurs, and small and medium-sized businesses.[29][30]

In FY2026, Enterprise generated $2.934 billion, or approximately 60.3% of revenue, while Online generated $1.935 billion, or approximately 39.7%. The mix was 59.0% Enterprise and 41.0% Online in FY2025, and 57.9% Enterprise and 42.1% Online in FY2024.[31] [20]
